Digital Marketing Manager (B2C) – Google Advertising & SEO Focus

Be part of a rapidly growing personal injury law firm! We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a Google-centric focus to help drive our firm’s growth. This role will primarily focus on Google Ads, Local SEO, and YouTube Ads, leveraging these tools to enhance our client acquisition strategy and boost our local online presence.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage Google Search Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Local Service Ads (LSAs), continuously optimizing for maximum performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with our SEO partner to enhance blog content and improve the firm’s local SEO rankings, increasing visibility in Google’s Map Pack and organic search results.
• Execute a data-driven Google Local SEO strategy, ensuring top rankings in local searches and optimizing for organic SERP performance.
• Direct and coordinate external vendors, including accident news post providers and the website hosting provider, ensuring updates and improvements are completed in alignment with marketing goals and SEO best practices.
• Occasionally manage event booths, coordinate branded swag, and support community outreach efforts.
• Analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ad performance metrics, refining strategies based on data insights.
• Oversee the marketing budget for Google ads and SEO initiatives, ensuring the best ROI.
• Lead community outreach and sponsorship efforts, building valuable relationships and expanding the firm’s presence.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience managing Google Search Ads, LSAs, YouTube Ads, and optimizing for Google Local SEO.
• Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to work with SEO partners to drive improvements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• A motivated and collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred but not Required:
• Event planning or management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.

Work Environment:

Compensation:
• Competitive salary in the range of $67,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
• Performance-based bonuses tied to achieving marketing KPIs and goals.
