Submission Methods:

Email Submission:

  • Attach promotional materials if available

Support Ticket:

  • Submit a ticket at leadstart.org/support/
  • Use “Event Submission” 
  • Provide event information

Required Information:

  • Event title and detailed description

  • Organizer contact information
  • Registration/ticket information
  • Target audience and prerequisites
  • Promotional images or materials

Approval Process:

  1. Staff Review: All submissions reviewed for quality and relevance
  2. Verification: Event details and organizer information verified
  3. Approval Notification: Response typically within 24-48 hours
  4. Live Listing: Approved events published to the calendar
  5. Promotion: Featured events promoted through our channels
